Preheat Temp: 350 degrees
Makes: Apx 12 cookies

Ingredients:

> 1/2 cup coconut oil/ butter,
> 3/4 cup brown sugar
> 1 egg
> 1 tsp vanilla
> 1 tsp cinnamon
> 1/2 tsp salt
> 3 tbsp water
> 2 tbsp milled flax seeds
> 2 tbsp brewer’s yeast
> 1 cup whole wheat flour/regular white flour
> 1 1/2 cups oats
> 1/2 cup raisins

How-to:

> Take a mixing bowl and add the oil and sugar and mix them until melted
> Now add the egg and vanilla and whip the entire mix well
> Now take a separate bowl and add flax seeds and water and mix
> Now add it to the first bowl   > Now add the flour, brewer’s yeast, cinnamon and salt and mix again
> Finally, add the oats and the raisins and mix the batter very well
> Take a baking tray with parchment paper and add scoops from the batter on it
> Slightly press the cookies down to flatten
> Bake for 12 minutes

Ingredients:

> 3 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
> 1 1/2 cup of unbleached organic flour (all-purpose)
> 11/2 cup of organic crane sugar
> 5 tbsp brewer’s yeast
> 3 tbsp flax seeds (ground)
> 12 tbsp organic butter (unsalted)
> 4 tbsp unrefined organic virgin coconut oil
> 2 tsp vanilla extract
> 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
> 1/2 tsp baking soda
> 1/2 tsp baking powder
> 1/4 tsp salt
> 1 egg and 1 egg yolk (both large)
> 11/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

How-to:

> Take a king-sized bowl and add oats, flour, yeast, flax seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk well.
> Now take a big grinder bowl and blend the butter and coconut oil on a moderate speed until creamy in texture
> Now add sugar and blend again until fluffy
> Now add the egg and the yolk and beat and blend
> Also add the vanilla and beat until combined
> Now slowly add the dry ingredients of the bowl into the mix and beat on a low speed until mixed
> Finally add the chocolate chips and use a spatula to evenly distribute

> 1/2 tsp tartar cream
> 3 egg yolks
> 2 cups of all-purpose flour
> 1/4 cup of water
> 1 cup normal sugar
> 1/2 cup brown sugar

> 1 cup butter, softened
> 11/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

 How-to:

> 1/4 tsp salt

> 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
> 1/4 cup of brown sugar
> 3/4 cup of dairy free chocolate chips (semi-sweetened)

How-to:

> Take a bowl, add the brewer’s yeast, oats, flour, flax seeds, hemp seeds, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine well and set aside
> Beat the coconut and two types of sugar in a grinder until fluffy, also add the egg and vanilla extract and beat for another minute
> Now turn the speed slow and add all the dry ingredients to the mixer. Beat until all are mixed well
> Now add chocolate chips to the mixer and beat until dispersed.
> Take a mid-sized scoop to scoop cookies from the dough and place 24 (12*2) on two baking sheets with parchment papers
> Place the cookie sheets on the upper and lower third racks of the oven and bake for 14 minutes until the edges are brown.
